Role: Manager - Sales Training & Development

Job Overview

Manager - Sales Training & Development

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement training programs for the Admissions team to enhance selling skills, communication, and counseling techniques.
Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and performance across the team.
Mentor and coach team leads and admissions executives for better performance and engagement and to reduce PIP exits by improving performance and engagement.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and admissions targets.
Lead workshops, simulations, and role-play sessions to improve presentation and counselling skills.
Ensure consistent adoption of best practices across all locations.
Support onboarding of new hires and accelerate their learning curve for quicker contribution.
Introduce innovative learning methodologies, digital tools, and content for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Masters degree in HR, Education, Management, or related field
Candidates with Sales (3years )and Training background (2-3 years)
Strong experience in training design, delivery, and performance management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams across multiple locations.
Analytical mindset to track training impact and performance metrics.
