Job Description

We're Hiring: Lead Trainer (Apple Experience Only)

Base Location:

Apple Trainer

Lead Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Apple product and experience training to retail & corporate teams
Maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer engagement
Travel across multiple states to ensure consistent training rollouts
Work closely with internal teams to assess training needs
Ensure alignment with Apple’s brand guidelines and standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an
Apple-authorized environment
(Retail / Training / ASM)
Deep understanding of Apple products and ecosystem
Excellent communication, presentation & people skills
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
