Job Description

Role Summary

This role will be responsible for monitoring talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Assist Head- Human Resource(HHR) in optimizing the talent acquisition requirements of all verticals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with Head- Human Resources to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs.

Develop implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys overall business requirements.

Support and mentor Talent Acquisition team.

Assist HHR in end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition function.

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement to HHR.

Work closely with HHR and other BU Heads to understand their talent needs.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Make sure to conduct all round of interviews timely and efficiently.

Coordinate and assist with BU Heads for conducting second round interview.

Education :

BBA/ MBA

Experience:

4 Years & Above

Special knowledge, abilities and skills:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition required. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
