Human Resources Lead

Role Overview

The HR Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role requires hands-on execution combined with the ability to build scalable HR processes for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
Partner with leadership to design, implement, and refine HR policies aligned with company values
Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance
Identify training needs and facilitate employee learning and development initiatives
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting
Drive employer branding initiatives and team-building activities

Candidate Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline
2–4 years of relevant HR experience (retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred)
Strong understanding of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRMS tools
