Lead Human Resources

(1) Implement the organisations performance management framework and support managers in goal-setting and reviews.

(2) Facilitate continuous feedback mechanisms and help create a culture of fairness, accountability, and development.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualification:

(1) Applicants must be Post graduates with a Specialisation in Human Resources.

Experience:

(1) 1012 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare, social impact, or people-intensive service sectors;
(2) Proven experience managing HR for 150200 staff. (3) Strong grounding in employee relations, compliance, HR operations, and performance management. (4) Proficiency in MS Office; comfort with HRMIS platforms.
