Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI Designer with 34 years of experience, specializing in web and mobile application design. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of design fundamentals, user experience principles, and modern interface design. You will work closely with our product and development teams to craft visually engaging, responsive, and intuitive digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver user-friendly, aesthetically appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma. Ensure all designs are optimized for responsive behavior across various screen sizes and platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff. Conduct design reviews and iterate based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics. Stay current on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Proficiency in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Deep understanding of visual design, layout, typography, and design systems. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centered design. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
