Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various applications. Lead the data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering processes using Python libraries. Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and enhance model performance. Oversee model evaluation and validation using appropriate metrics and visualization tools. Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments. Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, providing guidance on best practices and advanced techniques. Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in AI/ML, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies. Required Qualifications: Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive programming experience in Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles. Proficiency in ML/DL libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NumPy, and Pandas. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their applications. Strong experience in working with large datasets: loading, cleaning, exploring, and visualizing. Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems using AI technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading ML/DL projects from conception to deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and their ML services. Experience with deployment tools (Flask, FastAPI, Docker). Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
