About the Role

Copywriter & Content Strategist


Key Responsibilities

Copywriting

  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, blogs, social media, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital/print collateral.
  • Develop copy that aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Craft attention-grabbing headlines, CTAs, taglines, product descriptions, and campaign messaging.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.


Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive

    content strategies

    to meet business goals and drive brand visibility.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify opportunities.
  • Plan content calendars across channels (website, social, blogs, newsletters, campaigns).
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Monitor performance of content using analytics tools and optimize strategies for engagement, conversion, and SEO.
  • Ensure alignment of content initiatives with brand, product positioning, and overall marketing strategy.

    Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a

    Copywriter, Content Strategist, or similar role

  • Strong portfolio showcasing content across multiple platforms (digital + print).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, consumer psychology, and content marketing best practices.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B/B2C content marketing.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for basic creative needs.
  • Understanding of paid ads copywriting (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimization.
