If you’re passionate about real estate, lifestyle content, and creative storytelling, we’d love to hear from you! 📍 Location : Remote or Hybrid (based in Trivandrum preferred) 📁 Experience : 2+ years in real estate, lifestyle, or digital content (preferred) 🔹 Role & Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning Develop and manage monthly content calendars across digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging with brand goals Creative Writing & Copy Development Write compelling copy for real estate brochures, websites, ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google), and radio jingles Craft engaging social media captions and storytelling content that reflects our brand voice Scriptwriting for short-form videos, brand films, project teasers, testimonials, and walkthroughs Campaign Ideation Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions Support creative direction in brainstorming sessions with video and design teams 🔹 Preferred Skills: Proven experience in copywriting, especially in the real estate, luxury lifestyle, or travel sectors Excellent command over English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

As a Copywriter & Content Strategist at Shanoor Homes, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives that bring our brand to life across various platforms. Shanoor Homes, a trusted real estate developer in Kerala, is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about real estate, lifestyle content, and creative storytelling. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing monthly content calendars for digital platforms such as social media, website, and email. You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that the messaging aligns with our brand goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing engaging copy for real estate brochures, websites, ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and even radio jingles. In this role, you will also be tasked with crafting social media captions, storytelling content that resonates with our brand voice, and scriptwriting for various formats such as short-form videos, brand films, project teasers, testimonials, and walkthroughs. Your creativity and writing skills will be essential in contributing ideas for brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions. You will also support the creative direction by participating in brainstorming sessions with video and design teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate, lifestyle, or digital content. Proven experience in copywriting, particularly in the real estate, luxury lifestyle, or travel sectors, is preferred. An excellent command over English is required, and proficiency in Malayalam is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.
