Job Description


We're looking for a versatile Copywriter & Content Strategist whos equal parts creative storyteller and content tactician. If you can switch effortlessly between thumb-stopping social copy, impactful long-form storytelling, and influencer collaboration this ones for you. Youll be at the intersection of content, culture, and communication crafting narratives that dont just look good but also drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop engaging, platform-native content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Build monthly content calendars with strong narrative arcs and timely cultural hooks.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Copywriting & Creative Development

  • Write compelling long-form (blogs, emailers, scripts) and short-form (reels, captions, banners) content.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to bring content concepts to life.

Influencer Content Curation

  • Ideate and script influencer-led content that feels authentic, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Review influencer submissions to ensure message clarity and consistency.
  • Co-create with influencers by giving strong briefs, guardrails, and feedback loops.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external content creators, agencies, and influencers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Be the glue between internal brand teams and external partners — driving alignment from brief to publish.

Content Performance & Data Thinking

  • Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, conversions) across platforms.
  • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why — and feed those insights back into content planning.
  • Build monthly content reports with takeaways and ideas for A/B testing.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
  • Proven chops in both short-form and long-form content creation.
  • Sharp understanding of platform behaviors — what works on reels, what drives engagement on LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience working with or managing influencer collaborations.
  • Comfort with basic analytics (Meta insights, Instagram stats, YouTube Studio, or Google Analytics).
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to continuously improve content outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in cross-functional setups.
  • Someone who loves creative content but respects the numbers behind it.
