Position: Senior Brand Manager/Senior Marketing Manager/Senior Communications Manager Report to: CEO/MD Responsible for overall planning, managing and impalement branding activities and marketing campaigns Brand Communication (75%) Campaign Planning /Content Management Plan monthly content colander, choose trending topics, design campaigns/ online/offline activities Write engaging copies for different social media platforms and content formats Supervise junior copy writers Coordinate with in-house digital/performance marketing team, graphics and video team Evaluate effectiveness of digital/social media campaigns in terms ROI Liaising with External Agencies Influencer Management Agency: Communicate with third-party agency who will send our products to 100-150 influencers per month, approve influencers, provide feedback, overlook strategy, review engagement and effectiveness of campaigns PR Agency: Communicate with PR agencies regarding new product launches, new developments etc. Performance Marketing Agency: Communicate brands strategy, plan ads/campaigns for promotion Corporate Communication (25%) Manage Sparkle's Corporate Communications Write copies for corporate brochures, company profiles, quarterly reports, product presentations etc Write Copies for quarterly sustainability reports outlining our efforts (reduction in carbon emission, social impact, environmental impact etc.) Represent Sparkle in international and domestic trade fairs, exhibitions, industry events Other Possible Roles (To be discussed) Communicate with B2B/Export Clients: Present Sparkle's company profiles to high order value clients Sparkle Medical Board - Communicate with gynaecologists, nutritionists, mental health practitioners, yoga/fitness/wellness experts to create engaging content (Q&A,Video, Webinars, Live Sessions) NGO Communication/Relation: Communicate with NGOs we work with regarding donation, subsidised pads etc. CSR Communications: Communicate with corporations regarding their period awareness campaigns, pads donations activities
