Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Content Writer / Content Strategist who can create compelling, engaging, and SEO-friendly content while also contributing to strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing but is also eager to think bigger—about content planning, storytelling, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write blogs, website pages, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Ensure content is original, high-quality, and aligned with brand voice.

Content Optimization

• Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and traffic.
• Collaborate with SEO team to optimize keywords and structure.

Content Strategy (for those leaning toward strategist role)

• Support content roadmap planning aligned with marketing and sales goals.
• Help maintain editorial calendar and brand messaging.

Collaboration

• Work closely with design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, creative ideas.

Performance Tracking

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, or similar to track content impact.
• Suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in content writing (agency or IT/digital experience preferred).
• Strong command over English grammar, storytelling, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with SEO-driven writing.
• Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to B2B content or US-based clients.
• Understanding of AI-powered writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO).
• Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or campaign management.
