Client: D2C brand specializing in natural skincare and haircare products.

Role Overview

We’re not looking for just another “content person.” We’re looking for a storyteller, brand guardian, and creative thinker who will work closely with the founders to craft engaging narratives across social media, campaigns, and brand touchpoints. Someone who knows how to blend authenticity, emotion, and virality into everything we put out.

What You’ll Do

• Brand Storytelling: Shape and evolve the brand’s voice, tone, and narrative across platforms.
• Content Strategy: Design and execute a content calendar that balances education, storytelling, trends, and brand campaigns.
• Social Media Leadership: Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing team to roll out thumb-stopping reels, posts, and campaigns.
• Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the founders to convert their vision, experiences, and values into powerful content.
• Consumer Connection: Deeply understand our audience (especially women dealing with hair concerns) and create content that informs, inspires, and engages.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and cultural conversations to keep the brand relevant.
• Analytics & Iteration: Track content performance and refine strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversion.

Who You Are

• A natural storyteller with a strong sense of branding, voice, and community building.
• 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or brand storytelling (D2C/beauty/healthcare/FMCG experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Creative yet data-driven – you can brainstorm big campaign ideas but also measure what’s working.
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
• A person who genuinely believes in natural living, wellness, and Indian traditions (bonus if you’re personally passionate about haircare/beauty).
