Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Branding & Communication Manager to lead the company’s brand presence and communication strategy across global markets. The ideal candidate will drive brand positioning, corporate communication, and marketing initiatives that strengthen DynaTech’s identity and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance DynaTech’s visibility and reputation across domestic and international markets.


Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, and web) that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.


Content & Communication:

Create compelling communication material for internal and external audiences – including website, press releases, case studies, and corporate presentations.


Digital & Regional Branding:

Oversee localization of marketing content and manage region-specific campaigns to establish a strong brand presence across key markets (US, UK, Europe, and others).


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Delivery, UI/UX, and HR teams to align branding initiatives with business goals and culture.


Performance Tracking:

Monitor campaign metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Internal Communication:

Strengthen internal branding through effective communication programs, employee engagement initiatives, and consistent brand messaging.


Budget & Project Management:

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all branding and communication activities to ensure maximum ROI.


Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in brand management, corporate communication, and marketing strategy.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in IT or technology services.

Proficiency in managing multi-country branding and localized campaigns.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

Data-driven mindset with familiarity in marketing analytics tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.

Experience in managing branding initiatives for IT or SaaS-based organizations.

Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.) is a plus.
