About the Role : We're looking for a Content Manager who is equal parts creative leader and strategic thinker. This role is for someone who has been instrumental in award-winning campaigns, understands the nuances of long-form authority content as well as short-form digital storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. As a Content Manager, you’ll lead a team of writers, working closely with Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to shape narratives that drive brand success across industries.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the content team, including in-house writers and freelancers.

● Develop high-quality long-form content such as blogs, whitepapers, industry point-of-views, and LinkedIn posts for CXOs and brands.

● Drive short-form content creation for social media, digital campaigns, and other snackable formats.

● Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists to deliver integrated campaigns.

● Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.

● Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.

● Stay ahead of content trends, industry innovations, and award opportunities.

● Train, mentor, and upskill the content team to maintain high standards of output.

Must-Have Skills

● Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to award-winning campaigns.

● Proficiency in both long-form content strategy and short-form copywriting.

● Proven experience managing and mentoring a content team in an agency setup.

● Strong storytelling, editing, and brand voice development capabilities.

● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams including strategy, creative, and performance marketing.

● You do not have prior agency experience.

● You are a generic content writer without team leadership or campaign experience.

● You cannot provide evidence of impact-driven or award-worthy work. Special Requirements

● Should have been part of an award-winning campaign or team.

● Must share a portfolio demonstrating both long-form and short-form content across varied industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
