A multifaceted development of its kind in India, it includes the musical Fountain of Joy, an upscale retail experience, a multivenue cultural centre, selection of cafs and fine dining restaurants, serviced apartments and offices, and one of Indias largest convention facilities the Jio World Convention Centre. The Centre opened to the public with the Jio World Convention Centre and the Fountain of Joy at Dhirubhai Ambani Square in early 2022. The Jio World Centre is strategically located in Mumbais vibrant business and cultural hub of Bandra Kurla Complex. This centre has been developed with an international design vocabulary, while honoring the culture and spirit of India.

Job Accountabilities

  • Work with the Brand, Digital & Marketing Services managers to create, develop and implement strategies for platform growth, audience development and content across all verticals.
  • Manage and ensure that content across all platforms is well-crafted, accurate, relevant, timely, and adheres to the brand tone of voice, and reflects the aims and values across all brands/businesses.
  • Research, write and edit high quality, search-optimised content pieces for the website and for all brand collaterals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with brand, product and sales managers to create promotional concepts.
  • Collect, monitor and analyse social and website metrics, and make improvements in content accordingly.

Competencies & Skills

  • Knowledge of all writing formats, such as digital, long form, features, press and media related.
  • Demonstrated experience in narrative structuring, with the ability to adapt to varied audience sets.
  • Adept in drafting leadership messaging and ensuring the Centres ethos is aligned and expressed through the language.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative. Ability to ideate and be innovative.
  • Exceptional writing, editing skills and consistent in brand messaging.
  • Focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Enthusiastic about art, hospitality, events and culture, enjoys being part of a dynamic team and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Literature, Journalism or related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern content management systems, strong Google Analytics skills coupled with an understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing

Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in content, handling creative & strategic concepts, and editorial & marketing copy.
  • Experience in assignments with arts, culture, live-events, lifestyle and luxury.
