Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jalandhar for the position of Content Manager. The Content Manager will oversee content planning, creation, and distribution aligned with the company's brand and vision. Responsibilities include managing content strategies, ensuring quality and consistency, collaborating with creative teams, supervising content publishing schedules, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires an innovative approach to managing content and driving audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Content Planning, Content Strategy, and Content Management skills
• Experience with Writing, Editing, and Proofreading
• Familiarity with Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Music Industry Trends and Regional Music Genres
• Exceptional Communication and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in tools for content creation and editing
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred
• Experience in the music industry is an advantage
