Role & responsibilities Apply marketing principles and campaign strategies to manage audience segmentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate these into audience segments. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. Utilize AEP for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance or use Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling processes. Preferred candidate profile Must Have Skills Proficiency in marketing principles and campaign strategies. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. Experience in and working knowledge of either AEP (with skills in segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance) or Adobe Campaign Classic (with skills in audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling). Good to Have Skills Experience with Lead nurture workstreams. Experience with data modelling and creation of audience cohorts to optimize reach. Role & responsibilities Support Adobe Campaign post-implementation, providing guidance and ongoing support to CRM Ops and Digital teams on journey build, journey management, campaign build and deployment. Create and manage tickets for Adobe Customer Care resolution. Understand the T-Mobile data specifications and ensure all data is available for Campaign development and deployment; support in the configuration activities & ETL processes. Provide expertise in ACv8 to complete a successful deployment for P360, AAL and Accessories campaigns. Identify and address gaps for the proposed solutions to ensure the desired objectives and requirements are met. Provide recommendations and a roadmap for best practices/optimizations and dependencies for Adobe Campaign. Identify, mitigate, and prevent technical debt. Working closely with development teams to ensure that software solutions are built with long-term sustainability, maintainability, and scalability.
