Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Associate (Manual Testing) to join our team at Hogarth Studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and errors.
Experience with test management tools and version control systems.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative testing processes.
