Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Communicate (verbal and written) in German language with the clients.
  • Formalize all required documents (SOW, JMA, Sponsorship agreement, change order form) Secure Legal (CELA) approval with the respective team.
  • PO Process/maintenance in in house tool Microsoft tool MyOrder, CIM, Payment Central.
  • Vendor Creation
  • SSPA(Microsoft) enrollment of vendors.
  • Follow up Finance with PO Accrual processing.
  • Process post PO submission works like documenting Proof of Execution (POE), Invoice Submission (MS Invoice), Invoice Follow Up

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good Written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
  • Attention to Detail and Detailed Oriented.
