Content Manager

Position: Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

1. Plan, develop, and execute content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, and other emerging platforms.
2. Write and edit high-quality copy: posts, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, and campaign materials.
3. Conceptualize content that aligns with company's positioning which is engineering-led, fact-driven, and globally competitive.

Design & Visual Storytelling

1. Design creatives, infographics, newsletters, and simple videos for social and digital campaigns.
2. Liaise with external designers or agencies when required, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking, SEO & SEM

1. Track content and campaign performance using analytics tools and generate insights for improvement.
2. Implement SEO best practices for blogs, website pages, and digital content.
3. Coordinate SEM campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives.
4. Curate and share periodic reports and recommendations.

Video & Media Production

1. Develop scripts, manage shoots, and edit internal video content (product explainers, behind-the-scenes, event coverage, etc.).
2. Coordinate with vendors/agencies for specialized productions when needed.

Events & Expos

1. Support marketing activities at domestic industry expos.
2. Coordinate with vendors for booth setup, collaterals, and content.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in content marketing, design, or brand communication (B2B/tech/start up preferred).
2. Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
3. Proven experience with SEO strategy and execution; working knowledge of SEM campaigns.
4. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
5. Hands-on experience with social media management, newsletters, blogs, and analytics tools.
6. Basic video production skills (shooting, editing, scripting).
7. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
8. A creative thinker with a bias toward action and execution.
