In this role, you will orchestrate our campaign production, ensuring that our communications are produced, built, tested, and delivered flawlessly to our customers across the globe.You will act as the bridge between our CRM strategy and our Creative teams, managing the workflow from the initial brief to the final "Send".

Job Responsibilities
- Content Briefing, AI-Assisted Content Production & Workflow Management
- Turn CRM campaign plans into clear, actionable creative briefs for the Copy and Design teams.
- Ensure creative assets are delivered on time and align with the technical requirements of our CRM platform.
- Copy: Use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copy.ai) to generate subject line variations, pre-headers, and body copy drafts based on the campaign strategy.
- Images: Utilize AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to create or edit visual assets, background variations, and mockups for email templates.
- Refinement: Act as the first editor for AI output, ensuring the tone of voice matches our brand before passing it to the Copy/Design teams for final polish.
- Translation Coordination (Internal)
- Liaise with the Copy Team to ensure they are aware of all required languages and deadlines for upcoming campaigns.
- Receive the translated content from the Copy Team and organize it for implementation.
- Stakeholder Proofreading & Approvals
- Once content is built, manage the proofreading loop with local market managers and stakeholders.
- Send test proofs to stakeholders, collect their feedback (e.g., "This translation sounds unnatural"), and coordinate with the Copy Team to apply necessary corrections.
- Ensure final sign-off is received from all markets prior to deployment.
- Campaign Assembly & Upload
- Upload approved copy, images, and assets into our CRM/Marketing Platform Oracle Responsys.
- Populate dynamic content blocks to ensure customers in different markets receive the correct language and currency versions.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing
- Conduct rigorous testing of all emails across devices (mobile/desktop) and email clients.
- Verify that the correct translations are triggering for the correct segments (e.g., a German customer receives the German email).
- Check all links, personalization tags, and tracking codes.
Job Requirement
- Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing coordination, Account Management, or an administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: You are a natural project manager. You can chase deadlines and manage feedback from multiple people without getting stressed.
- Communication: Clear, concise communication skills. You know how to give feedback to creative teams diplomatically.
- Attention to Detail: You are the last line of defense against typos and broken links.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CMS platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, Oracle Responsys is a plus) and eager to learn new systems.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in a multi-lingual or global company.
- Basic HTML knowledge (for troubleshooting email layouts).
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello).
