- Full Time Bachelors/ master’s degree in related discipline (HR, I/O psychology, organization behavior and Business Administration)
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 to Max of 4 years’ experience providing assessment solutions regionally.
- Expertise in the space of Leadership Programs, Talent Assessments - competency design, assessment simulations, certified expert of market leading personality tools, conducting assessments, facilitation etc.
Technical Skills
- Advance Excel, Analytics, Data skill (Preferred)
- R, VBA, Macros, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, Linear Regression (Desirable)

Job Overview
You will be responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship and revenue management. You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters.We expect to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also in your understanding of how client organization function. You will be a part of highly energized team in consulting and depending on projects you will wear different hats ranging from performing complex analytics, wowing our clients, managing small projects to bringing in sales.
Capability Building, Including
- Define capability plan based on market needs and maturity, in conjunction with other leaders.
- Create and lead capability building sessions (may include content-specific or general consulting skills). Will include multiple methods, webinar, face-to-face.
- Create and manage maintenance of knowledge management tools.
- Finalize and maintain sell sheets and collateral regarding assessment.
- Will both leverage existing materials, resources, or tools and create new, as necessary and recommended by the Talent Council.
Project & Client Management, Including
- Lead and deliver key projects for the Selection & Assessment Practice in India
- Manage directly or support in management of key relationships where clients are working with Aon Hewitt in the Selection & Assessment area.
- Guide teams and help deliver high quality work to clients.
- Lead and manage client discussions with key stakeholders.
Market Revenue Growth, Including
- In conjunction with different stakeholders, define go to market plans, market strategy and part to position the firm as a leader in this space.
- Work with Operations to ensure availability of right support on assessment solutions.
- Coordinating with Research and Marketing teams to ensure high quality and timely research is published through media, media partners and internal channels.
- Ensuring over time we have: Point-of-view; supporting research; and defined core solutions and supporting toolkit and that these resources are accessible to consultants in the market.
- Track progress and success measures.
Thought Leadership
- To contribute to thought leadership in the industry sector for India with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities.
Business Development
- Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback. Listens to client problems without trying to force fit solutions.
Skills/Competencies Required For The Role
- Strong understanding of psychometrics, validation techniques, and job analysis required.
- Significant experience in designing leadership strategies for client organization.
- Prior Consulting experience preferred.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong domain expertise and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Market trends and economy.
- Confidence to present and defend methodology / recommendations to Senior Leaders.
- Leadership experience in terms of mentoring or developing peers and/or junior team members.
- Ability to work on complex assignments and lead from the front.
- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects deadline-oriented environment.
- Track record of success in terms of historical performance rating and/or utilization (billable hours / total hours).
- Willingness to travel- Flexible to long working hours.
