Role Overview:

We are looking for a Conference Producer with 3+ years of experience in curating, planning, and marketing B2B conferences or business events. This role combines content development, speaker management, and marketing strategy to deliver successful, well-branded, and high-engagement events.


Key Responsibilities:

Agenda & Content Development

  • Research industry trends and build relevant event themes.
  • Develop conference agendas, session topics, and formats aligned to audience interests.
  • Write clear and engaging session descriptions for promotions.

Speaker Management

  • Identify and invite industry leaders, speakers, and panelist.
  • Coordinate speaker communication, logistics, and briefing.

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support event promotions.
  • Provide inputs for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital outreach.
  • Ensure consistent branding across event-related communication.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Business Development team by contributing content-driven inputs and speaker highlights to support sponsorship acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in designing value-led event formats that resonate with potential partners and boost overall event visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are seamlessly integrated into event agendas and promotional activities.

Project Coordination

  • Track timelines and coordinate with design, operations, and tech teams.
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of events (virtual or physical).

Feedback & Analysis

  • Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
  • Provide inputs for post-event reports and performance reviews.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in conference production or business events.
  • Exposure to B2B industries or content-driven events.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
