To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills and be based in Mumbai. As a Conference Producer, your key responsibilities will include conducting research within the target market to create innovative Conference Agendas, sourcing high-caliber speakers, managing leads, client outreach, and responses, liaising with sponsoring companies, coordinating with various departments for speaker details, providing support to speakers pre-conference, managing onsite logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction through after-sales care and feedback utilization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken and written English, have basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Research Tools), exhibit passion, self-motivation, and business acumen, possess strong interpersonal and networking abilities, be proactive, work well independently and in a team, demonstrate dependability, and hold a Masters or Post-Graduation degree in Marketing, advertising, PR, or related fields.
