Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing recruitment to ensure timely and effective hiring, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing human resources management tasks. The role requires effective communication with all levels of the organization to ensure that HR practices align with company goals and values.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Preferred candidate with prior recruitment experience
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
