Key Responsibilities:

• Agenda Curation & Research

Conduct industry research and develop engaging agendas around tech, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation.

• CXO Engagement & Speaker Management

Identify and onboard CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior tech leaders for speaking roles and community participation.

• Event Planning & On-Ground Execution

Manage end-to-end production of events (virtual/on-ground), including logistics, venue, AV, and team coordination.

• Community Building

Build and nurture a focused CXO network through direct outreach and platforms like LinkedIn, while driving ongoing engagement via digital sessions, curated dialogues, and continuous feedback.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with sales, marketing, and content teams for sponsor alignment, delegate outreach, and promotion.

• Fieldwork & Travel

Represent CXO Media at events, manage onsite delivery, and network with stakeholders in key metros.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

• 2–3 years

  of experience in

  conference production, CXO engagement, corporate communications, or B2B content roles

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; storytelling ability is a plus.
• Strong research, agenda-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Confident networker who can build rapport with senior executives.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple projects, and on-ground responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel for events, client meetings, and field research.
• Prior exposure to enterprise tech/CXOs is a strong advantage.
