We are looking for a Conference Producer, who will be responsible for designing the conference program, speaker acquisition, delegate sales, sponsorship generation, onsite management of conferences, events, and other related gatherings. Responsible to develop and deliver successful conferences that meet the needs and expectations of attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, topics, and potential target audiences for the conference

• Develop and oversee the conference program, including creating session agendas, timelines, and event schedules

• Source and secure keynote speakers, panellists, and other presenters for the conference

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the conference, including registration, attendee management, and event execution

• Develop and manage the conference budget, including negotiating contracts with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders

• Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to promote the conference and ensure its success

• Oversee logistics for the conference, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary equipment and supplies

• Manage post-conference activities, including conducting evaluations, generating reports, and conducting follow-up communication with attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in event management, marketing, or related fields.

• 5 years of experience in conference production and related event management experience.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of the latest trends in conference management, marketing, and technology.

• IT proficiency - Familiarity with various presentation software and tools.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
