As a Conference Executive/Conference Producer at our company based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of impactful industry conferences. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 2+ years of experience, if you have a keen eye for detail, strong research and communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** - Conduct research to identify relevant conference topics and trends in the financial and market sectors - Evaluate and analyze data to develop engaging conference agendas - Invite and coordinate with industry experts to speak at conferences - Maintain seamless communication with speakers throughout the production cycle - Create and manage conference agendas, program content, and speaker materials - Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to support sponsorships and promotional strategies - Ensure high-quality experiences for both speakers and attendees - Collect post-event feedback for continuous improvement - Manage databases and update session/speaker information on the website and collateral **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - 0-2+ years of experience in conference production or live content development - Proficiency in copywriting for agendas, topic descriptions, and promotional content - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines - Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail **Skills & Competencies:** - Effective information analysis and organization - Strong multitasking and time management abilities - Proactive, collaborative, and resourceful approach - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills If you join us, you will work in a dynamic and growth-driven environment where you can contribute to building industry-leading events.
