💼 Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and analyze financial/market trends to build relevant conference topics & agendas
• Identify, invite, and coordinate with key industry speakers
• Liaise with speakers through the full production cycle, ensuring seamless communication & experience
• Develop and maintain conference agenda, programme content, and speaker material
• Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to support sponsorships and promotional strategies
• Ensure a high-quality, valuable experience for speakers and attendees
• Provide post-event feedback & insights for continuous improvement
• Manage databases and track session/speaker updates for website and collateral

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• 0-2+ years’ experience

  in conference production or live content development
• Strong copywriting skills (agenda writing, topic descriptions, promotional content)
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail
