As a Conference Producer in Gurugram, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing successful conference events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include market research, agenda curation, acquiring and managing speakers, as well as providing content and marketing support. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to ensure the seamless execution of the events. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends and topics - Acquire top-tier speakers and build industry networks - Manage speaker attendance and handle drop-outs by arranging backup speakers - Create agendas in a timely manner and onboard speakers effectively for marketing and sales efforts - Curate conference sessions and topics to maximize participation and revenue streams - Engage with speakers to shape session content in alignment with conference objectives - Monitor industry developments and competitor events for new opportunities in content and speaker acquisition - Gather and analyze post-event feedback to enhance content quality - Demonstrate proactive and organizational skills while managing multiple conference projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in B2B conference production - Experience in technology, FinTech, BFSI, or startup ecosystem is advantageous - Proficiency in market research and analytical skills - Strong speaker acquisition abilities - Ability to handle in-person work in Gurugram on a full-time basis Please note that this is a full-time on-site position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus eligibility.
