Messe Stuttgart India is looking for a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support end-to-end project execution from sales and planning to on-ground delivery of its international events in India. Responsibilities will include: · Drive sales outreach, generate leads, and manage client relationships. · Support the Project Manager in planning and executing shows from start to finish. · Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, ops) to ensure smooth execution. · Build sponsorship and digital offerings tailored to clients’ needs. · Prepare sales reports, budgets, and maintain project pipelines. · Be present on-site during events to ensure seamless execution and client servicing. Key Requirements: · Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or project management in the exhibition industry. · Prior experience in exhibition industry is mandatory · Strong interpersonal skills to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. · Solid functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). · Excellent organizational abilities and clear, confident communication skills. · A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. · Demonstrated experience collaborating across teams and departments. · Proven capability in handling on-ground event execution and operational oversight. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content and Communications Executive to drive impactful communication across channels and support our event marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, ensuring brand consistency, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting our social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Craft and manage all outbound communication , including press releases, brochures, mailers, WhatsApp messages, and event-related content. Develop blog content that highlights industry insights, thought leadership, and brand perspective. Secure and manage media partnerships , and work to amplify media coverage for events and key initiatives. Ensure brand consistency and a cohesive tone of voice across all communication channels and content formats. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, events, digital, sales) to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Support social media campaigns by developing content and messaging, particularly for larger brand or event-driven campaigns. Collaborate with the social media team to ensure aligned, impactful content across platforms. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, public relations, or corporate communications. Proven ability to craft compelling, error-free content across various formats — including press releases, blogs, brochures, emailers, and digital content. Understanding of media outreach and experience in coordinating with media partners. Ability to support and collaborate with social media and design teams to drive campaigns effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Sharp attention to detail with a strong sense of brand tone and consistency. A good understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and/or the trade show and exhibitions industry is a strong plus .
