Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct outbound calls to potential exhibitors and extend formal invitations to participate in the event.
Share event information and follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement.
Maintain and update exhibitor databases and Excel sheets with accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
Support the operations team in day-to-day event coordination tasks.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
