Key Responsibilities Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content. Help grow online community engagement and followers. Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc. Support in creating content calendars and campaign plans. Collaborate with the marketing/design team to align content with brand identity. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends. Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
