Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Handle the exhibitor queries regarding the stall fabrication guidelines, hall structure & operations guidelines Handle venue management & work on the costing Find the right vendors & hiring the vendors Negotiate the prices with the vendors Coordinate with the fabricator between the client & organizer Get the hall prepared before the showtime Check all the vendors' work properly Prepare the guidelines for the booth construction for the fabricator & exhibitors Visit all the tradeshows to improvise the standard of our show Prepare the exhibitor manual Coordinate to organize the technical seminars and conference Work on data search from Google & handling the SMS & email campaign on the database Interested candidates can call or send their resumes to 9311640891.
