Job Description

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting with stall setup and daily opening/closing activities
Managing and organizing book displays to ensure they are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Handling customer interactions, including helping visitors browse books and answering basic queries
Supporting sales operations, including billing, order packing, and maintaining basic sales records
Monitoring inventory levels, restocking books, and reporting low-stock items to the team
Coordinating with the core team for pricing, offers, and promotions during the fair
Assisting in crowd management during peak hours

8 Helping with basic documentation and reporting, such as daily sales summaries

Supporting social media content (short videos/photos of the stall, if required)
Ensuring organisation of the stall throughout the day
Assisting in packing, logistics, and wrap-up activities at the end of the fair
