Event Management Internship in Delhi

We’re looking for an intern who can support our visitor promotion activities for our upcoming exhibition. This role is operational and communication-focused - not sales, not target-based. You’ll work closely with the team to drive outreach, invite delegates, and ensure smooth execution of all promotional tasks.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support visitor promotion activities across assigned sectors and regions.
• Invite delegates and industry professionals to the exhibition through emails, calls, and coordinated outreach.
• Draft and send professional communication, including emailers, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update visitor and delegate databases as required.
• Assist in preparing outreach material, coordination sheets, and daily activity trackers.
• Work with the team to execute any additional operational or communication-related tasks assigned.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely completion of all promotion activities.
• Contribute to overall visitor engagement initiatives before and during the event.
