Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Assist in planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Support end-to-end event operations, including pre-event, on-ground, and post-event activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Help in creating and managing project plans, checklists, and schedules.
Track tasks, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure smooth project flow.
Assist in vendor coordination, logistics, inventory management, and on-ground arrangements.
Support in preparing event briefs, operational decks, and reports.
Handle on-ground coordination during events and troubleshoot operational issues.
Assist in post-event documentation, feedback collection, and closure reports.
