Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding
  • Design and maintain competitive and smart salary structures aligned with business objectives
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inspiring workplace culture
  • Manage HR operations including creation and maintenance of HR documents, reports, and policies using MS Office tools
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and overall team support to maintain a healthy work environment
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets while identifying cost-effective people initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, creative, or agency environment
  • Expertise in recruitment, compensation planning, and HR operations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in small teams and multitask across different HR functions while creating a visible impact
