Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource ExecutiveCompany: Harold ElectricalsExperience Required: 1+ yearsSalary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annumWorking Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMWorking Days: 6 days a weekWe are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ESI, PF, payroll management, recruitment, and employee data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, screening resumes, and aligning interviews.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.
Track and manage employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and exit formalities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.Good understanding of ESI, PF, and labour laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.About Company: Harold premium lights are the one-stop solution for all lighting needs.
