🧾 Job Title: Presales Executive (Female) 🏢 Company: Harold Electricals 📍 Location: Mayapuri 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 📅 Experience: 2 years preferred Job Summary:Harold Electricals is looking for a proactive and smart Presales Executive (Female) to handle chat and email support, qualify and forward leads to the sales team, and maintain organized records using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Handle live chat and email inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to draft responses and support communication. Qualify and generate leads, and forward them to the sales team with proper documentation. Maintain lead records and updates in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools (if any). Communicate with the internal sales team to provide context and customer needs. Offer basic product information and clarify initial queries before handing over to sales. Prepare and share reports as needed (daily, weekly). Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer experience during the inquiry stage. Required Skills: Strong command over English (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of tools: Google Sheets, MS Excel, MS Word. Prior experience in chat/email support is a plus. Ability to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions or responses. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and use tools like ChatGPT. Good organizational skills to manage leads and updates.
