About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital efforts and drive impactful campaigns that fuel growth, brand engagement, and lead generation. This is a critical role for our growing team in Noida, and we are looking for someone who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation initiatives and work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
• Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage social media strategy and content calendar to increase engagement and visibility.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
• Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and tech teams for campaign execution and website updates.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in strategy, execution, and team leadership.
• Experience with lead generation in a B2B/B2C environment.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience in managing external digital agencies or freelancers.
