Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across digital channels. This role requires expertise in SEO/SEM, content strategy, email marketing, social media, analytics, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to maximize search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.
  • Create and publish engaging content across digital platforms including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
