Compensation Benefits Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Manager to support the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs. This role will ensure pay structures and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and external partners to deliver a seamless C&B experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation & Payroll

• Support monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Administer PF, gratuity, and other benefits in line with local laws.
• Maintain accurate compensation records and audit trails.

• Policy & Program Management

• Assist in designing and rolling out C&B policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal equity and support job evaluations.
• Ensure timely execution of compensation fitments for new hires and internal movements.

• Analytics & Benchmarking

• Prepare compensation benchmarking reports and highlight gaps.
• Track workforce cost trends and support budgeting exercises.

• Benefits Administration

• Manage employee benefits programs and recommend improvements.
• Promote awareness and understanding of benefits offerings.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure pay parity.
• Liaise with external consultants and vendors for C&B projects.
• Coordinate with HR teams to align C&B with broader HR initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of compensation structures and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
