Job Description

Ensure statutory and ROC filings (Form 11, AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, PAS-6, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, MSME) are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and LLP Act.
Assist in organizing Board and General Meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Advise the Board on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
Liaise with auditors, shareholders, and government authorities for compliance requirements.
Support preparation of annual and half-yearly returns and audit documentation.
Draft and review company policies and legal documents.

Key Requirements

Basic understanding of ROC filings, MCA portal, and company law procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and drafting skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple compliance tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance software/tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

Company Secretary (CS)
qualification from
ICSI
(completed or pursuing final stage).
Bachelor s degree
in Commerce, Law, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in secretarial or compliance roles (internship or corporate exposure accepted).
