Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Commission Manager is responsible for our commission structure optimization and management efforts at Esko. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales teams are effectively rewarded for their contributions while aligning with our business objectives. You will work closely with finance, sales, and HR teams to implement and calculate commission plans that drive performance and retention. It will be a role located in Bangalore, India In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like Manage and calculates commission structures that incentivize sales performance and align with corporate objectives Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to commission plans as needed Provides analytical and operational support for the development, execution and monitoring of scorecards and dashboards, ensuring sales performance is accurately tracked. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate commission plans and address any questions or concerns Provide training and resources to the sales team about commission structures and performance metrics Work with local regional finances teams to ensure commission accruals, forecasts and payments are properly accounted for. Monitor and report on commission payments and resolve discrepancies swiftly Act as a liaison between Finance, HR and Sales teams to ensure a seamless commission processing experience The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Minimum 4 years of experience. Qualification – Any grad, pref. Finance.
