Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.
