Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis I - Indian to join our team at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
Participate in menu costing and inventory management.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including cookware and cleaning tools.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
