Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi I to join our team in the Indian Cuisine department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
