Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis I - South Indian to join our team at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in south Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Participate in food costing and inventory management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food quality and safety.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
